If it was me, I would not be forgetting that anytime soon and the image would be tarnished. I’ve accepted too many crappy jobs that I saw warning signs during interviews and shrugged them off. Crying during interviews would be a warning sign for me. Imagine accepting the job, and working there & referring a friend and telling your friend, “and by the way, don’t mind so-and-so when you’re in the interview if they start to cry. They always do that.” And how does your friend reasonably accept a job offer from them after what just happened?
