"A while back?" was only 3 months ago Fran! I'm just kidding.

It was a pleasure working with you on this series. Unfortunately, what the readers won't pick-up from the post were the conversations we had during the creative process. Our exchanges helped me to better understand the importance of the internal communication function better than the post itself. They were warm, informative, consistent in terms of purpose, and helped to answer any questions I had. That, too me, illustrates the power of effective communication.

Thanks again Fran!
