Here is a thought: The lack of training in an organization and the effect on employee’s self-esteem.
paul, great point. being unable to learn and grow — or being put in a job w/o proper support — really does a number on us. this conference brings together speakers who’ll address health from a much broader framework, including recognition and development. i’ll let you know what i learn.
