i first “met” michelle when i interviewed her for my free-ranging conversations series. next, we met in real life when we co-presented at the american psychological association’s psychologically healthy workplace conference. michelle and intel have a great story to share about building a culture of health. that’s why greg and i were delighted when she agreed to lead this cohealth tweet chat on developing a health promotion strategy.

join us on wednesday, february 16 at noon ET when michelle answers your questions and ours. we’ll get the ball rolling with the following questions, and we’ll be watching the tweet stream to pick up yours.

1. how does your health strategy fit into your business strategy?
2. what are the goals of your health promotion strategy?
3. who are your target audiences?
4. what tactics do you use to reach them?
5. what data do you use to direct your health promotion efforts?
6. how do you measure the effectiveness of your strategy?
7. whom do you look to for guidance, information and advice?

to join the conversation, follow the hashtag #co_health. (new to a tweet chat? read this.) we’ll be moderating the conversation from @co_health. if you want to get smart in advance about intel, here are some articles, blog posts and other resources. you can find michelle @michellewjames and on linkedin.
