my friend and colleague cali yost asked me whether people can achieve wellness without work flexibility. i was sorry to disappoint her, but my feeling is yes, we can. really, we have to. if we decide to only focus on our health and well-being when “X” happens, we’re doomed. it’d be like postponing our lives until we fit into those skinny jeans from high school.
