20100607-why-dont-they-payi just grabbed this image from the harvard business review’s daily stat. disclaimer: i have not read the mckinsey report that accompanied it. but i don’t want to write about the report. what i want to comment on is the survey itself. specifically, the statement: “i forgot to pay or i was confused about what i owe.”

these are totally separate issues. and you’d address them with totally different solutions.

employee surveys mean jack when they’re not written well. now that you can take to the bank.

odd that those two are lumped together as 1 answer option..odd or should I say ‘lazy’

harsh, autom! but it does point out that survey design requires skill and experience to get information you can actually use.
