in health communication

linkedin job movement

beyond the fact that i have a pretty good-looking but extremely white linkedin network (by this snapshot), what else do you get from this personalized email linkedin sent me?

i get that linkedin helped them. that they’re moving and grooving and doing exciting things. that i, too, could be one of them, and perhaps use linkedin to help me do so.

i’d love to see health communications use this approach. to show me who among my friends has a success story to share. who might inspire me or embarrass me into jumping aboard and geting involved. there are so many ways this personal touch can serve your health aims.

What a cool idea! I wonder how hard that would be to program? Testimonials are such a strong motivator…would be an excellent wellness campaign tool. Ok, IT geeks, get to work!

it’s not difficult at all. my client and i are talking about using something similar to recruit additional employee wellness champions.
