note: this is a follow-up post to this morning’s post on taking back lunch.

two things i know about habit change: it’s easier to do when you create social accountability and set yourself up not to fail. so i made advance plans to have lunch at a favorite restaurant with two of my favorite people: rob, my husband, and my mom.
